Kızımın etrafından 3 kere DHKP-C'liler yakalandı. Neyimi kaybedersem kaybedeyim bu örgüt tarihin en acı dönemini yaşayacak. Sabahları evden oğlumun ve kızımın öldürüleceğini düşünerek çıkıyorum. Buna alıştırıyorum kendimi.

5>Microwaved “fried” Rice

FIVE
Ingredients
for 1 serving

½ cup rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ cup frozen vegetable
2 eggs
salt, to taste
scallion, chopped, to serve

Preparation
1 In a bowl, combine the rice, water, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
2 Stir, then microwave, covered, for approximately 6-8 minutes until the rice is
fully cooked.
3 Mix the frozen vegetables into the rice.
4 In a microwaveable mug, beat the eggs.
5 Microwave the eggs and the rice again for approximately 1-2 minutes, until the
eggs are fully cooked.
6 Break up the egg into small bits, then mix it in with the rice.
7 Top with scallions, and serve.
8 Enjoy!

TRHEE
Ingredients
for 1 serving

½ cup rice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup black bean
¼ cup tomato, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
½ avocado, chopped
fresh cilantro, to serve

Preparation
1 In a bowl, combine the rice, water, and olive oil.
2 Stir, then microwave, covered, for 6-8 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
3 Carefully remove the lid, then add black beans, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir
to combine.
4 Top with avocado and cilantro if desired.
5 Enjoy

FOUR
Ingredients
for 1 serving

½ cup instant oatmeal
2 tablespoons freeze-dried blueberry
1 tablespoon slivered almond
1 tablespoon chia seed
⅛ teaspoon vanilla bean
2 teaspoons sugar, of choice
¾ cup boiling water, or milk

Preparation
1 Add the instant oatmeal, freeze-dried blueberries, almonds, chia seeds, vanilla
bean, and sugar into a mason jar.
2 Store in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
3 To prepare, pour boiling water or milk over oats. Stir to combine and let sit for
3 minutes.
4 Serve with slivered almonds and fresh blueberries.
5 Enjoy!

balsamic reduction, to serve

Preparation
1 Top a pita with marinara sauce, mozzarella, tomato, salt, and pepper.
2 Microwave for one minute.
3 Serve with fresh basil and balsamic reduction.

Ingredients
for 1 serving

2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
pepper, to taste
¼ cup mushroom, thinly sliced
¼ cup carrot, cut into matchsticks
½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup dry instant noodle
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 cup hot broth, or hot water

Preparation
1 Fill a mason jar with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, mushrooms, carrots,
spinach, noodles, and green onions.
2 Adjust seasonings to taste.
3 Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
4 When you’re ready to serve, pour in the hot water or broth. Stir well.
5 Enjoy!
